Project manager CV profile examples
The profile at the top of a project manager CV should tell the reader who you are, what you do well, and what you are looking for, in two to four sentences. The example CV uses the first version below; these alternatives show how the same role reads at different stages.

Tips for writing a project manager CV
Describe projects by scope and result
For each major project, give the budget or size, the team, and the outcome. "Delivered a £1.8m claims project on time" tells a reader far more than "responsible for project delivery".
Balance methods with outcomes
Certifications and methods such as PRINCE2 or Scrum help, but employers hire for delivery. Mention the methods once and spend most of the space on results.
Show how you handle people
Stakeholders, suppliers, and teams are often the hardest part of a project. A bullet about resolving a conflict or getting a difficult decision made can set you apart.
The template in this example
This example uses the Edge template (edge stripe, connected headings). Its modern styling suits most office, technology, and client-facing roles, where a clear hierarchy matters more than ornament. You can switch to any of the 40 templates in the editor without retyping, and change the colour, font, and spacing.
