Contact Folio. There’s a person on the other end.

Questions, corrections, or something that could work better? Get in touch with the maintainer directly by email.

Let’s make it
more useful.

Folio is maintained by Muhammad Mubashar Shahzad, a frontend developer based in Pakistan. Email is the contact route for support, feedback, content corrections, and privacy questions.

Response times vary. There is no live-chat service or guaranteed response time, but a clear description helps the maintainer understand your message.

Ask about privacy

Ask about drafts, imported files, advertising disclosures, or how the website handles data. You do not need to attach a CV to ask a privacy question.

Keep your message private.

Please remove home addresses, phone numbers, reference details, and other people’s information from screenshots or examples. Never send passwords, access tokens, or identity documents.

If you email an attachment, it leaves the on-device CV workflow and is handled by your email provider and the maintainer’s mailbox. Share only what is needed to explain the problem.

How contact emails are handled

A few quick answers.

Can you recover my saved draft?

Browser drafts stay in your browser profile. The maintainer cannot retrieve them remotely. Try the same device and browser, or restore a portable JSON draft you previously downloaded.

Why did my imported CV need corrections?

Columns, uncommon headings, and scanned pages can affect extraction. Review the imported fields, compare them with the extracted text, or enter the details manually.

Where can I find writing help?

Read the CV guides for practical advice on profiles, work experience, first applications, and the final check before sending.
