Customer service CV profile examples
The profile at the top of a customer service CV should tell the reader who you are, what you do well, and what you are looking for, in two to four sentences. The example CV uses the first version below; these alternatives show how the same role reads at different stages.
Customer service CV bullet points
Start each point with an action and finish with a result or useful detail. Use these as a model rather than copying them: swap in your own numbers, settings, and tools so every line is true for you.

Tips for writing a customer service CV
Turn targets into achievements
Contact centres measure almost everything. If you know your satisfaction score, first-contact resolution, or quality marks, use them. Numbers show consistency far better than "excellent customer service skills".
Show how you handle difficult moments
Include one example of calming an upset customer or fixing a recurring problem. Interviewers often ask about this, so your CV can set up the story.
Name the channels and systems
Phone, email, live chat, and social media support each need slightly different skills. Mention the channels you have worked on and any CRM or ticketing tools you have used.
The template in this example
This example uses the Modern template (two columns, clean & balanced). Its modern styling suits most office, technology, and client-facing roles, where a clear hierarchy matters more than ornament. You can switch to any of the 40 templates in the editor without retyping, and change the colour, font, and spacing.
